Nothing better then a freshly made right out of the frying pan tortilla, People underestimate the usage of these really easy to make tortillas, They can be used for a desert (after cooking serve with small bowls of whip cream, chocolate chips, strawberries or other mixed berries or fruit, syrups and powdered sugar). For savory foods think of this as a holder of foods and not just for foods thought of as Mexican like soft tacos or burritos. Left overs like mashed potatoes and steak, salad, lunch meats, pot roast and trimmings etc can be wrapped up in this for a great tasting sandwich. These are great for on the go eating and are certainly healthier than fast food. You could make peanut butter and jelly even. The ideas are non-stopping.

Woven Bacon Makes The Perfect BLT
Here is a great tip I am going to use from now on. I tried this once and it really made the perfect BLT. For one, every bite had the perfect two layered bacon flavor that is perfect for a BLT. The second benefit was that the bacon didn’t slide around on the sandwich which always seems to happen to me. Simply cut bacon strips in half and weave them together as seen in the first picture. Place on aluminum foil (for easy cleanup) on any baking dish and cook at 350 degrees until the desired crispness of the bacon is desired for you. This works on turkey bacon as well as regular. This would also make the perfect topping for a juicy burger I would think as well.

Milk Carton/Juice Sandwich/Snack Container
I have always tried my best to recycle/up-cycle in my families lives. I have always felt bad throwing these container from milk/juice out. (If you do please cut them down and recycle them). I came across this idea and wanted to share it with you. Follow the diagram above and cut with an exact o knife – and please be careful. If the knife slips (which it will want to do) there could be a nasty cut. Fold over and attack a velcro dot as shown. Makes a nice little snack/sandwich container.
Bake to Make Hard Boiled Eggs
Bake in a cupcake tin at 325 for 30 minutes. Eggs will have a “creamier” texture on the inside and the shell can obtain slight browning where the egg hits the edges o the cupcake pan. This idea is great to prepare eggs to color or when you need many and already are using all of your burners. This is a great idea also to prepare what you need for few days to have for that extra protein for a lunch. When you remove them from the oven immediately submerge them into an ice bath, which will allow for easy peeling when you are ready to do so.
