This such a colorful cottage with a roof made from colorful gumdrops. Candy cane sticks used here fro the porch posts and the gumdrops brought down from the roof to the front door porch makes this design great. They even added candy sprinkles to coat the chimney and then added a puff of smoke coming from the chimney – neat. The trees are made by piping icing onto a cone (could be Styrofoam or ice cream cone cut to different shapes). They even finished the illusion of a bit of scene inside the windows.

10420297_10152244652691381_7213368349730075141_nMake your favorite brownie batter recipe. Use shortening and cover the inside wells of one cupcake pan and on the outside of the second cupcake pan. Fill the wells of the cupcake pan that you placed shortening into the wells 1/3 of the way. Use the second pan that you used shortening on the outside of the wells of a cupcake pan and push gently down into the first. Bake brownies as directed. Very carefully remove top cupcake pan and let brownies cool. When they are cool pop out of pan and cover. Place ice cream or fresh fruit into the cup cupcakes. Add syrup and sprinkles etc. to make an awesome presentation.

Place cut sides of each strawberry down so that it creates a heart shape. Push a toothpick through the sides to give you a solid heart form that won’t move. Melt chocolate chip (of your favorite type) in a slow cooker on low. Use tongs and dip the entire strawberry into the chocolate. Place on wax paper to harden. Then drizzle colored icing or a different type of chocolate across and immediately sprinkle sugar or colored sugar or sprinkles or edible glitter on top. Tap off excess. Enjoy!
