Whimsical Red & White Candy House

How much fun is this cool house? The house is meant to be fun and whimsical with each section being slightly askew The roof lines don’t follow simple lines either. Reminds me of houses in Dr. Seuss.

Gingerbread Chalet

Here are some really neat gingerbread Christmas trees that are just iced on one side in each section. The A frame gingerbread house has a simple feel but looks really nice.

Snowman Table Setting

snowman settingWith a salad plate and a dinner plate add snowflakes, M&M’s (for eyes, mouth and buttons) and a napkin folded for the bow tie.  Add a carrot for the nose and (not pictured) add a paper cutout of a top hat. I love the table runner of large snowflakes.

Gingerbread House With Beautiful Tree

I absolutely love the tree on this house. Made by making two gingerbread tree cookies and before baking cut in half, baked, and joined together with icing. I also like that the artist left the impressions natural to the design in the tree and house.

Gingerbread Hotel – Fort Harrison

Gingerbread-House-Fort-Harrison

This is a huge display measuring in at almost four feet across and two and a half foot tall. It is made primarily of gingerbread with structure within being other materials to ensure it stays strong and won’t collapse. The window amount is awesomely done in details and must have given the artist a major headache. There is a lot of detail in this piece. Just simple small details that you find when you keep looking at it. I’m not a big fan of the purchased not edible materials like the Christmas trees and train being added but this is a beautiful display.
