The fondant work on this cake is to perfection – so crisp and clean. The design looks simple but a lot more work is done here then meets the eye. Topped with a Top Gun plane soaring through the skies this cake is a real winner.

Julio Pena and his wife have four daughters, but when he found out he was finally going to have a baby boy, it was all too much for him. Pena, 38, of Mastic Beach, N.Y., got the news at a gender reveal party for his fifth child on Jan. 17.
