Pepper & Egg Breakfast Idea

Slice 2″ slices of any color pepper. Pull all white areas and seed and remove. Saute these in a little butter or oil to start to soften. When tender – add a light spray of oil to the center of each ring. Drop one egg into each slice. Flip onto other side. Adjust times to what type of egg you desire. What a colorful way to eat eggs – and fun at that. Would your child eat this?

Gingerbread Houses – San Francisco – Row Houses

What a great display. This is exactly the way San Francisco homes look like. The streets are so slanted that houses are perched very weirdly. They are also colored with the same colors shown in the picture. These are done with a lot of detail and Santa skating down the hill puts it over the top.

Lettering can be made with stencils and transfer letters and thick watercolor or finger paints should be used for the prints.

Cool Painted Rock Idea – Minion

6490258fe7c38eedc357caf8fd4a9defMake design using black sharpie markers (Trace around googly eyes to get exact size), then paint yellow, then paint, light blue, then paint darker blue, add googly eyes and put silver puff paint around eyes. You may want to sharpen the black edges by going over them in black sharpie again. In the picture he is glued to another rock and put into a pot of grass. He could be glued to the top of a wooden stake to put in your garden. Here he is small scale – but he could easily be made on a boulder with the help of an adult and bigger brushes. I would also put three coats of polyurathane to keep the colors vibrant in the sun.
