Valentines Day Valentines Ideas

16195652_1468401789857296_8030190563454539741_nThese are so much fun to make with the little one. All you need is a few markers, construction paper, glue, ‘eyes’, and scissors. These are all just basically different hearts cut from construction paper and decorated. Your child will love helping you and the end designs can be hung on a wall or given to family or friends for Valentines Day.

Start with the bodies – use a pencil and lightly draw it. Keep adding the pieces using the designs above and don’t forget to embellish.

Here we have a great simple gingerbread house design assembled with all kinds of Valentines Day goodies. This would be a great gift and can be stuffed with even more goodies for a special gift. I have seen these for Halloween and Christmas that the roof is actually a lid –  how cool would that be?

Valentimes Day / Wedding Day Wreath Door Decoration

These door wreaths would work for a Valentines Day decoration or for a Wedding Decoration. The X is done freehand with with berry branches (faux) and the O is done using a wire formation available at any craft store. They are both backed with a four inch ribbon and bow at the top to hang. These can be made large or small which gives some diversity to use on walls, door or as tale decorations or centerpieces.
