Then we need to make little designs to hng from these holes. Here we chose blow horns, stars and party hats. Deorate with embellishments. Attach with yarn or string.

Use two desert plate sized thick paper plates. Stick together with glue with a Popsicle stick coming out three fourths of the length of Popsicle stick. Let Dry. Here you can go crazy with add ons, glitter, sequins, ribbons, and other crafty things you should already have in craft storage.
