Open your folded card (whatever size you choose is great) and measure two ribbon or string pieces that will go across the width of your card. Tie the two strings together to make a knot at each end. Glue each tile onto your strings to complete your message of Happy Birthday. Decorate the rest of your card with messages or decorations of your choosing.
