Bell Wreath Instructions
Step 1 Make a circular loop with heavy gauge floral wire.
Step 2 String bells along wire and fit them closely together around the length of the loop.
Step 3 Use a pipe cleaner to wind around the bells at either end of the loop to hold the wreath shape together in a circle.
Step 4 Tie a bow around a pipe cleaner and then tie that pipe cleaner around the part of the loop that was joined together.

Bell Tree Instructions
Step 1 With hobby knife, cut a Styrofoam* floral cone down to desired size for tree.
Step 2 Cover cone with wrapping paper that matches the bells you will be using to decorate. Glue paper into place.
Step 3 String bells on lengths of chenille stems, keeping in mind how big your cone is.
Step 4 Join the strings of bells by twisting them together, end to end. Push one end of the joined chenille stems into the top of the cone.
Step 5 Begin circling the cone with the chenille stems and bells starting from the top and working down to the bottom in a spiral. Push in the other end of the pipe cleaner into the bottom edge of the cone.
Step 6 Wrap and glue craft boa to the base and top of the cone.
Step 7 Trace two stars and one base onto sticky foam sheet and cut out.
Step 8 Stick two stars together, sticky side to sticky side and insert a toothpick in between the stars half way in from the bottom.  Insert into the top of the tree. Glue gemstone onto front of star.
Step 9 Glue the tree onto center of base and glue craft boa around the bottom of the tree.

Thanksgiving Apron

  • Iron-on Transfer Paper
  • Sharpie® Fine-Tip Permanent Marker – Black
  • Iron
  • Paper Towels
  • Fabric Medium
  • Iron-On Transfer Pen
  • Child-Size Apron

Instructions:

  1. Trace patterns onto tracing paper. Flip design face down. Use Iron-on transfer pen to trace over reverse side of designs. Position design on apron ink-side down. Press over design with iron. Lift corner of paper to check for design transfer. Remove paper.
  2. Mix paint colors with Fabric Medium 2:1 on palette.
  3. Use Lamp Black to paint feathers.
  4. Use Titanium White to paint feather tips.
  5. Use Honey Brown to paint head and wings.
  6. Use Cadmium Yellow to paint beak. Let dry.
  7. Use Honey Brown to paint line work on feathers.
  8. Use marking pen to do lettering and outlining.
  9. Let dry 24-48 hours. Heat set: Place pressing cloth or brown paper bag over painted design. Set iron on temperature appropriate for fabric type. Press design for 30 seconds with iron. Follow label instructions for laundering information.
  10. Position and adhere wiggle eyes on face.

Fall Picture Frame

Instructions:
  1. Paint the frame with brown and let dry.
  2. Glue ribbon around the top of the frame. Glue letters over ribbon to spell “Pumpkin” or other word of choice.
  3. Use a hole punch to punch a hole in the foam tag as shown. Tie a piece of ribbon through the hole. Use the marker to write the year on the tag.
  4. Glue the tag and the pumpkin to the frame. Coil the chenille stem around the paintbrush handle and glue to the pumpkin.

Halloween Necklace

Materials:

  • Crayola® Model Magic® – White
  • Craft Twinkles® Glitter Paint – Multi Twinkles
  • Crayola® Washable No-Run School Glue
  • Crayola® Pointed Scissors
  • Yarn
  • Craft Sticks
  • Wood Rolling Pin
  • Crayola® Model Magic® – Orange
Instructions:
  1. Flatten and cut white Model Magic® Fusion® into the size and shape of a ghost pendant. To make a reclining figure like the one shown, create a long ghost with a bottom that comes to a gradual point. Roll this point around your finger so the necklace yarn can pass through the spiral.
  2. Bend the hands to hold the pumpkin and necklace.
  3. Shape and decorate a tiny pumpkin. Attach to the right hand of the ghost, as shown.
  4. Add ghost eyes and mouth with dots of glitter paint. When dry, brush a thin layer of glitter paint over the ghost. Let dry.
  5. Thread the yarn through the bottom of the ghost, around the back, and through the left arm. Reinforce any pieces with glue.

Halloween Weiner Worms

Cut bun-length hot dogs lengthwise into quarters. Place on grill rack crosswise, and grill uncovered to desired degree ot doneness. They’ll curl into “worms” on their own as they cook. Serve alone or in buns with mustard and ketchup. In addition to red, offer colored ketchups such as green and purple.
