I am an artist by heart and have found the knack for writing and enjoy spreading like interests to my readers.

I am married to my soul mate Kathy and have two great kids: Zachary and Bryan who are in their 20’s and a new little one Aurora that is now 3. We currently reside in West Jordan, UT.

I am an eagle Scout and recognized as one of the youngest to receive this award at the time I earned it. I had also received numerous top honors in Boy Scouts through out the duration of my attendance.

I was chosen by the American Egg Board to create a display egg representing the state of Nevada for the Easter Egg Display in The White House during the Clinton administration. I was also invited for a private dinner at The White House hosted by First Lady Hilary Rodham Clinton as a result of the donation to the American Egg Board. My display egg is now part of the permanent collection of the Clinton library in Little Rock, Arkansas, where it is brought out and shown to the public each Easter.

I was a previous editor and owner of The Country Register of Southern Nevada which allowed me to find my way into the world of art. I was the owner/editor for five years eventually having to leave that to move across country when I got married. I was also the editor of The Pet Informer and The Egg Carton magazine (a magazine dedicated to the art of egg shell artists).

I have received numerous awards for my crafts and arts including top shows from art fairs and county fairs. My arts and crafts as well as articles have been featured in The Egg Carton, The International Egg Artists magazine, Country Registers, The Pet Informer and displayed at state fairs and at CNM (Central  New Mexico Community College).

I am always looking forward to the future and finding new things to grab hold and take a ride with it… and I hope you will stay tuned and take a ride with me with the Country & Victorian Times.
